3. Restaurant Owner Accounts
- You must register and be approved by BuffetSpy before publishing content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information about your restaurant, including address, hours, and pricing.
- You may only register one account per restaurant location.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Guidelines
When uploading buffet photos and menu information, you agree that all content:
- Accurately represents your current buffet offering for that day.
- Is photographed at your restaurant and owned by you or you have the right to use it.
- Does not contain offensive, misleading, or deceptive material.
- Complies with all applicable food labeling and advertising laws.
- Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
BuffetSpy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that menu items, pricing, availability, and all other information you post are accurate and kept up to date. BuffetSpy is not responsible for any customer dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading content to BuffetSpy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and marketing materials. You retain ownership of all content you upload. BuffetSpy's trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of BuffetSpy and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
